How do English-speaking clients communicate with the stylists if they don’t speak Portuguese ?
Our stylists and Cuban nail technician speak limited English, but communication is never a problem. They use a translation app on their phones, and most English-speaking clients also text in English, making everything smooth and easy. Clients always walk out with the exact style or service they wanted.
Do any of your stylists speak Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes, indeed! We have a wonderfully diverse team. One of our stylists is Cuban and speaks Spanish, another is Ecuadorian and also fluent in Spanish, and our third stylist is Brazilian and speaks Portuguese. So if you or someone you know feels more comfortable in either Spanish or Portuguese, you’ll feel right at home chatting with us in your native language. We’re here to make sure you’re comfortable and understood from the moment you walk in!
